As an Research Manager, you'll be experienced across Quantitative and/or Qualitative and have strong account management experience. You'll be tech savvy and passionate about the digital research environment. Joining an established team, you'll be working with some great clients (current and prospective) and will provide leading strategies to both. The role will be broken down into approximately 30-40% account management and 50-60% research project management. You will be a key figure to advise and inform on how we can help potential clients and how to continually improve the success of our current clients. You will take the lead on research projects from start to finish and be the key point of contact to report on progress.
What We're Looking For:
To be considered for this Research Manager role you need to be well versed in qualitative and/or quantitative research. Previous agency experience would be beneficial to this position. We require a confident communicator and a forward-thinking approach to day to day work. You should be able to demonstrate your passion for research to secure new business wins and also grow existing accounts. You'll be passionate about technology and an influencer – with both staff and clients.
