Temporary Receptionist

One of the largest Creative agencies in Central London is looking for a temporary experienced receptionist to join the team.

You will work closely with their business support team. As Receptionist you will need to be able to hit the ground running, good IT skills, and an excellent telephone manner are all essential components for this great position.

Duties Include:

  • Meeting & greeting visitors
  • You will be the first point of representation of the agency
  • Manage the meeting rooms
  • Ad hoc office management duties re maintenance and health and safety
  • Ordering stationary
  • Organising passes for the building
  • Receiving and sending all post
  • Switchboard Management
  • Email Management
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
  • Liaising between the reception team & internal stakeholders

To be successful in this position you should have:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
