This role is for a strategically minded person with a qualitative background who wants to dig deeper into consumer behaviour and psychology and to come up with behaviour changing strategies. They are now looking for a Director to help grow the team and business. The real draw of the role is what you can learn in terms of new techniques and uncovering insights, with off-site experiences designed to inspire creativity. They also have offices in London, Toronto, New York, Chicago and Mumbai.
- 8 + years of qual research experience using a wide range of techniques
- Broad experience across a range of different sectors
- Proven track record of winning business.
- Experience of managing a small team of qualitative researchers
