The consultancy specialise in the relationship between consumers, digital media and brands. They work on brand positioning, commercial strategy and creative development projects for an amazing list of clients including: Facebook, Instagram, Google and the BBC.
The role of Research Manager sits within the Insight team of about 25 people (both quant and qual). It's really varied; you'll be supporting the successful delivery of projects, building up client and team relationships and contributing to the insight and strategy of the agency. Also, the in house designer's means that you can have direct input to a product and see your work come to life!
- 2-4 years of qualitative experience
- Comfortable with focus groups, ethnography, co-creation and online
- Broad experience across a range of different sectors
