One of the UK’s top corporate and brand communications agencies are looking for a Project/Account Manager to join their team. Our client is an independently owned creative consultancy who are passionate about helping companies build stronger relationships with their customers by producing brilliantly engaging annual reports. Role: With this role, you will sit within the Client Services team and report into the Account Director. You will be the day-to-day contact for your clients, maintaining and building strong relationships and ensuring that projects are delivered on budget, on time and to an excellent standard. It’s also an important part of the role for you to have sound judgement of when to escalate issues and a great understanding of your colleagues’ skills so you know where and when they can add value. These projects will operate across brand, digital and engagement so you must have an understanding of all three disciplines. Depending on the size and intricacy of the project you will either be responsible for managing it independently or take ownership of a particular work stream under the leadership of a programme manager. Excitingly, as this is a new team, you will play an important part in it’s growth as it takes form over the coming months and years.

Ideal Candidate: To be considered for this role, it’s important for you to have a broad knowledge of brand, digital and engagement. You will be proactive, personable, a problem solver and able to get things done under pressure. You’ll also have exceptional client service skills, strong communication and presentation skills as well as be resilient, passionate, energetic and ambitious in nature.
