Job Description

Due to business growth, the hunt is on for a new Project Implementation Manager to join the digital project team at this employee engagement agency in Bucks.

Project Implementation Manager - £26,000-£28,500 - Buckinghamshire

This agency of around 200 people based in Milton Keynes specialises in employee engagement, sales incentives, channel loyalty and customer loyalty solutions.
Part of a global network, they have an impressive client list and are able to offer their clients bespoke solutions, from digital through to events.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Project Implementation Manager will work closely with the Client Services Managers and technology department to implement new web-based employee engagement programmes.

Using your Project Management skills, you will act as the middle man - between the tech team and client services - to deliver projects confidently, accurately and on time.

The role is all about excellent Project Management delivery, so you must have a love for and proven success in it!
And with all activity being online, you will need solid knowledge in digital comms.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are an absolute must have and you will need to be a great team player and good communicator - keeping all necessary parties up to date on progress and scheduling.

You will also need your own car, since there is no public transport near to the offices.
