You will have a specific TENA marketing portfolio, which will focus on our Long Term Care and Digital (Webshops, TENA direct) channels. Through understanding both sales volumes and revenues, as well as understanding our channels, our customers' and our patients' needs, your expert knowledge of our product - that you will develop in the role or already have gained - will enable you to create compelling marketing-based propositions and manage effective campaigns. Simultaneously, your focus will be on developing and nurturing strategic relationships both internally and externally that create long-lasting value. - University degree or equivalent marketing qualification
- Proven experience within a B2B marketing department that has led to successes
- Product management experience
- Campaign management experience
- Strong communication skills – verbal, presentation & written
- Successful networking and relationship-building experience
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Channel awareness; customer & consumer driven
- Commercially aware and performance driven
- Digital marketing experience
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Brand management experience
- Understanding of the UK & Ireland healthcare market
- Experience of working with a global brand
- Knowledge of incontinence care products
- eCommerce experience
