My client is an extremely successful and fast growing, PE backed card issuer with ambitions to float in the next few years. They're seeking an individual to report in to the senior manager for balance growth for their newly formed promotional finance proposition. The company work with a number of the UK's leading retailers - and this role will specifically partner with their most high profile client - one of the largest global retailers.

The role holder has responsibility for delivery of co branded proposition development, supporting the Senior Manager with explicit P&L, budget management and commercial objectives to deliver against. The role holder will be responsible for the strategic channel development of the co brand business including the build, development and optimisation of key strategic programmes, aimed at improving their online and in store customer experience, and overall proposition set. These programmes will often involve multi million strategic investment budgets and programmes. Programmes will be delivered through through the synthesis of application of market trends and competitor insight, execution of customer research and portfolio analysis. This will then be used to develop and deliver robust customer and commercial oriented propositions.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate transferable business experience, ideally in a debt, or other financial services product. Due to engagement with multiple senior-level stakeholders, it will be crucial that you can demonstrate your previous experience influencing and persuading at the top level.
