My client, an extremely successful and fast growing, PE backed challenger bank, is seeking an individual to report in to the senior manager for balance growth for their newly formed promotional finance proposition. The company work with a number of the UK's leading retailers - and this role will specifically partner with their most high profile client - one of the largest global retailers.
As a leading member of the product and proposition team, you will commercially manage the product portfolio. You will define and execute the commercial optimisation strategy for the portfolio, developing, harmonising, retiring and rationalising specific products to optimise profitability and mitigate risk. You will be responsible for ensuring that the business' overall service is well articulated and diverse, maximising coverage of consumer and customer needs.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate transferable business experience, ideally in a debt, or other financial services product. Due to engagement with multiple senior-level stakeholders, it will be crucial that you can demonstrate your previous experience influencing and persuading at the top level.
