Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Product Development Manager to join a leading FMCG brand. Already a leader in their sector they have recently grown their product portfolio with fantastic results and now require ambitious talent to continue driving the business forward.
Reporting to the private label controller you will lead and co-ordinate both private label and branded products from concept to launch, acting as the focal point of contact between the sales and projects teams. With exemplary customer relationship experience, you will be the expert voice with major retailers, building and developing the company portfolio and assisting with the development of tailor made products.
With extensive experience as a commercial project manager, you will have a passion for NPD and market launches. Educated to degree level, your energy and enthusiasm will drive your success and providing a proactive approach to solutions across the category. As an organised and dedicated individual, you will have an analytical way of thinking and interpreting data and have a clear understanding of factory capabilities and product portfolios.
