The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Product Activation Manager/POS Manager with experience of working in Retail/FMCG/ Consumer Durables and who is looking for a new challenge that will allow autonomy and development. Supporting the wider team, you will be responsible for working closely with your retail customers and working cross-functionally with category, NPD, sales, supply chain etc. to lead the execution of all in-store visual merchandising through the development of POS materials from ideation to completion.
- Conceptualise and develop customer planograms
- Develop point of sale (POS) materials; ownership of entire process and project management
- Market research; feed customer and market research into NPD teams
- Work closely with sales, category teams and supply chain to ensure that all visual merchandising materials are delivered on time and to budget
The Candidate: You must be a confident, personable individual who can build relationships quickly and show gravitas. A strong project manager, you will have worked either in-house in a similar role or within a POS company or agency where you have had to develop and deliver POS concepts.
