A leading content management agency are on the lookout for a Media Buyer and Production Assistant to become the next valued member of their team!
The purpose of the role? You'll be contributing to the company's well-renowned reputation for first-class customer service, providing a high-quality and responsive service to both internal and external clients.
You'll carry out media buying to the client's satisfaction, working closely and collaboratively with both clients and suppliers to ensure that printed products are delivered on time, and to standard.
Key responsibilities will involve you building relationships with key media outlets, communicating and managing plans with clients, producing monthly reports, as well as providing knowledgeable input and advice on the potential opportunities available.
Alongside this, you'll also buy print and merchandise, using your communication skills to liaise with printers and negotiate the best prices. Logistically, you'll help to manage the delivery of magazines and marketing collateral to client offices around the world!
Liaising with suppliers and clients, and keeping on track of records whilst simultaneously handling multiple projects are key elements of the position. Ideally, you'll have had some previous exposure in a similar position, but your personality and drive are what they'll really be looking at!
