We are looking for an experienced practitioner to work from discovery to delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams to create tangible results for a finance business and their customers.
- Lead role in delivering a wide range of tactical and strategic experience design programmes.
- Plan the most effective UX research using a variety of methods and facilitation.
- Grow and nurture long-term account strategy, working collaboratively with account managers with thought leadership, workshops, objective setting and measurement.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Commercially aware.
- A passionate, creative thinker with an insistence on following human-centred design principles.
- Business consulting, organisation design, business analysis, or similar.
- Prior experience of line management.
- You have worked on end-to-end projects, from discovery and strategy to delivery to market.
