I am currently working on an exclusive mandate for a rapidly growing PR & Communications agency based in Central London. They are an independently owned agency, and have grown quickly over recent years, tripling fee income and doubling headcount to over 20 in the London office over the last year.
They are now looking to take the agency to the next level, accelerating their growth with a spade of top hires. Ambitious and driven Senior Managers from other top 10/ top 20 pr firms in the UK have now joined the team too - this has resulted in several, global, new business wins. The opportunity exists for the right individual at Senior Account Manager to join the growing outfit.
- Play a significant role in delivering new clients to the agency (new business development) - having a track record pitching and winning clients is going to be key!
- Proactively work with the Directors to support the management and development of the business against its business plan achieving strategic and financial objectives
- Proactively direct assigned client accounts to maximise the benefit delivered to the client whilst developing and growing the account
- Line management of assigned members of the team
- Responsibility for and lead on defined business and team development projects and activities as part of the Senior Leadership Team
- Be an effective ambassador for the agency
