The Agency

This relatively young agency has gone from strength to strength since their founding under a decade ago. In that time, they've grown from a fledgling 3 people to an impressive team of 18 social, fun and driven PR pros (19 including the office dog). The agency is based in a vivid and modern office nestled away in the Buckinghamshire countryside. Easily accessible by car from many of the county's major towns, the office has plenty of free parking and the team make good use of the awesome surroundings (especially the dog!). The agency work with a massive roster of clients in all areas of technology, from healthcare and security all the way to retail and beyond and are now in need of an experienced PR Account Director to help them continue to grow…

The Role

As a PR Account Director you'll get to work in a fast paced and rewarding environment, where development and progression are key (the agency is committed to helping staff constantly grow). The ideal candidate will have some agency side experience with B2B clients (any sector is fine) and have the desire to become a real part of what is a very close nit team with a real family feel. Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage the team of account managers on daily basis
  • Keep a track of client profitability
  • Delivering successful and captivating communications using content creation and multi-channel tactics
  • Manage project budgets
  • Support the writing and planning of clients' strategies
