Job Description

Robert Half are recruiting for Permanent PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager for a Rapidly Growing Online Retail Business in Banbury

The successful candidate will work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to further improve the companies pay per click advertising

You will be outlining valuable keywords and audiences to target, analysing ad and product performance, optimising bidding strategies, and recommending changes to landing pages, making appropriate alterations to the existing PPC strategy

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience of pay per click advertising
  • Have strong knowledge and understanding of Google's Ad Policies and other policies that may impact the ability to advertise
  • Responsible for assessing, creating and implementing new PPC strategies
  • Able to perform optimisation on advertisements, bidding strategies and landing pages
  • Analyse data within Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and more to understand the user acquisition channels and behaviour
  • Confident in carrying out keyword research to suggest new, relevant and profitable keywords for paid search marketing
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive approach to challenges
  • Strong time-management skills and delivery orientated
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, high-energy, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and build productive working relationships with colleagues
  • Proactively seeks self-development
