Job Description

Our client is an extremely successful, industry leading retailer enjoying a sustained period of fantastic growth. They are currently recruiting for a POS Manager to join our Marketing team. As a POS Manager you will be responsible for the production and delivery of all POS, helping to drive a consistent brand message across the business.


Key responsibilities as POS Manager are;
*Deliver the Brands promotional calendar including POS, leaflets and instore radio
*Responsible for all franchisee promotional material communication including Promotion book, implementation guide and weekly comms
*Develop creative briefs and work with Creative Agency/Designers to bring the annual customer plan to life
*Actively leading and motivating the PoS team
*Work closely with Marketing Management team (Advertising Manager, Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Activation Manager) to ensure all activity is consistent across the department
*Work cross functionally with the Commercial team to evolve and improve the promotional planning process
*Build positive relationship with key contacts, agencies and suppliers
*Manage the POS budget ensuring budget books are kept up to date and continuously monitor and challenge costs to identify ways of improving the cost effectiveness of activity
*Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times and develop excellent relationships with franchisees ensuring face to face contact with these franchisees in store on a regular basis
*Responsible for providing all necessary reporting and presentations for board and franchisees
*Contribute to the overall marketing strategy


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the brief, print production and fulfilment of PoS campaigns in a fast moving retail market, whilst being able to remain calm under pressure-

*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise / manage multiple projects at once
*Excellent customer service skills
*Working closely with external agencies
*Good relationship building abilities and influencing skills
*Management experience desirable but not essential

Salary
£30,000 - £35,000
