Product Manager - Europe, Cambridge -
A highly successful global FMCG Company are looking for a Product Manager - Europe to join one of their leading divisions based in Cambridge. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate and experienced marketer to lead from the front and take responsibility for driving a global portfolio forward within the European market. You will ideally have experience of working within the retail or FMCG sector and have the ability oversee the branding and product lifecycle from cradle to grave.
Ideally you will already have at least 5 years' consumer marketing experience, preferably in portfolio/category/brand management within an FMCG or retail organisation across the Pan-European market. As project lead you will be responsible for getting a new project/product over the line, taking full responsibility for the entire lifecycle of multiple projects. With experience in analysing marketing projects and trends, you can naturally gauge consumer reach and work on innovative ways to improve this.
As the Product Manager, you will devise and implement a clear direction for this company's key portfolio. You will engage with cross-functional teams and build portfolio momentum in delivering timely and consistent launches, as well as driving the NPD process across the portfolio range. This role requires strong partnerships with the sales and category development teams across Europe to ensure portfolio strategy is executed in line with the annual marketing activation plan.
