Planner / Retail Planner - Multichannel Retailer
A Planner is needed to join the Planning team for a global Ecommerce / Multichannel Retailer in London. Based from their UK Head Office in Chiswick you will play a key role liaising between buyers and broadcasters in a fast-paced and diverse environment where no two days are ever the same.

Continuing to experience exciting levels of growth, they are now seeking a Planner to join a team renowned for innovation and creativity.
Selling big name brands for everything from Elemis to Bose, Giles Deacon to Dyson it is vital to feature the right products on air at the right time in order to maximise sales, as a Planner with a good mix of Merchandising and Product Management skills it will be your role to achieve this. Reporting to the Senior Planner you will liaise with Buyers and Broadcasters to streamline results; take responsibility for your own product area; conduct in-depth demand and sales analysis (to determine the optimum positioning for products and TV shows) and manage the effective rotation of merchandise.
To qualify. You should be a Planner / Retail Planner / Merchandiser / Retail Product Manager / Inventory Analyst / Advanced Planner or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- Strong planning and organisational skills;
- Proven experience with sales and inventory analysis (ideally within merchandising or stock management);
- Adaptability and flexibility - you'll need to think on your feet;
- Forecasting and analytical abilities - attention to detail is crucial;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - expect to build great relationships;
- A commercial approach;
- Numeracy and PC literacy skills;
- A creative outlook.
