Job Description

A leading forward-thinking professional services firm are looking for a driven bids professional to join them in their prominent Leeds City Centre office as a Bids Manager.
 
This exciting and rewarding role will involve:
·         Managing the tender process from RFP to completion
·         Guiding legal teams and partners through tender decisions and processes
·         Creating high quality pitch content
·         challenging and coaching stakeholders on best practice and in presentation rehearsals
·         Leading market research into opportunities for new business
 
You must have at least 3 years’ experience of bid / pitch / tender processes within professional services or consultancy environments to be considered for this role. You will have the confidence, communication skills and influence to coach and manage stakeholders up to partnership level, as well as the organisational skills to manage multiple processes at once while factoring in the challenges of working remotely with international colleagues.
