A global law firm operating in over 30 countries are looking for a driven bids professional to join them in their prominent Leeds City Centre office as a Bids Manager.
The role will involve guiding legal teams and partners through tender decisions and processes, creating high quality pitch content, and challenging and coaching stakeholders on best practice and in presentation rehearsals.
While developing a specialism for tenders within a particular legal practice area, you will operate across all sectors and practice areas, and assist all of the firm's international offices.
What We're Looking For:
You must have at least 3 years' experience of bid / pitch / tender processes at Manager / Executive / Coordinator level within professional services or consultancy environments to be considered for this role. You will have the confidence, communication skills and influence to coach and manage stakeholders up to partnership level, as well as the organisational skills to manage multiple processes at once while factoring in the challenges of working remotely with international colleagues.
