A thriving services organisation full of dynamic and collaborative individuals are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a vivacious attitude and innovative ideology to join their offices set in the heart of Cambridge. You will need to be a confident communicator with first-rate organisational skills to flourish in this fast-paced role.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as Marketing Coordinator, you shall take a pro-active and practical approach to every aspect of your work across multiple channels including events, digital, PR and communications. Your daily activities will include, but not be limited to:
*End-to-end events management: from coordination of logistics; to on the day delivery; and post-event analysis.
*Content management: maintaining up-to-date and appropriate content across all digital channels in line with current marketing initiatives - analysing to ensure continual growth and improvements; working with internal departments to develop attention-grabbing content for a range of communications materials.
*Public relations oversight: coordinating PR coverage for any events necessary - maintaining strong media contacts; and creating compelling and relevant press releases - distributing to the appropriate channels.
Due to the energetic nature of this role, you will be a motivated individual who has confidence in their marketing experience and abilities. You will be adept in articulate communications on a verbal and written level; and although not essential, it would be extremely beneficial for you to be experienced in Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms.
