The Paid Search Marketing Executive Opportunity:
This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career in digital marketing and operations. The role will mean you gain access to a very strong bonus structure within the business along with a great path to learn lead generation.
We work in sectors such a broadband, financial claims, home improvement, loans and over 23 different sectors in total, it's a very diverse and interesting role which will always keep you excited.
What we need you to be able to do:
+ Working closely with the Biddable Managers and Directors of the business, to implement and deliver successful strategies across multiple channels and sectors
+ Work on both organic and paid social media, managing budgets, and improving the ROI from Social Media targeted sales
+ Create & distribute compelling social content across digital platforms
+ Creating content and graphics for social media
+ Marketing campaign management to drive retargeting, engagement, conversion and cross / up-sell
+ Regularly reporting using analytics, in the form of action plans, status updates and monthly results/KPI's
+ Facebook, Instagram, Twitter advertising
+ Google ads, Bing ads
+ Outbrain & Taboola (To name just a few channels..)
+ Strategic customer generation
+ Strategic sales scripts
+ CRM integration
+ Dedicated lead reporting dashboard
+ Dedicated customer generation team
+ Hard working
+ Have good people skills
About You / Your Experiences:
+ Creating and managing set up of lead generation campaigns using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram advertising and Google ad campaigns
+ Managing our FLG accounts which is our lead distribution platform controlling lead flow
+ 1 – 3 years practical experience paid digital marketing, social media marketing roles, preferable within a lead generation environment
+ Experience working with paid marketing platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Native Platforms, Google Ads etc
+ Ability to create graphical ads and posts for social media a bonus
+ Ability to work with designers on creative briefs for smart digital advertising campaigns
+ Experience with Reporting and Analytics software e.g. Google Analytics
+ Experience working within CRM systems a bonus (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce etc)
+ Experience working with platforms such as Instapage, WordPress, Umbraco is a bonus
+ Experience creating landing pages is a bonus
+ An ambitious attitude to career development
+ Experience with writing punchy advertising copy
+ A strong communicator
+ A strong understanding of lead generation
+ Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
+ Highly organised with a strategic and commercial focus

The role can adapt to what you like.
Other benefits include commission, eventually you may prefer working in the lead generation team who earn up to 10% of the profit of our campaigns, some employees make a bonus of £1,000+ per month from this.
