As Paid Social Manager you’ll manage the paid social marketing budget and develop social marketing plans to drive maximum business results so it’s essential that you have large budget management experience and prior experience of developing and managing marketing plans. You’ll also own the landing page experience for paid social campaigns, including testing and personalization so you’ll need to demonstrate experience of this as well.
Relationship management skills are also essential as you’ll be working with our publisher partners to make sure our paid social advertising is best-in-class and you’ll also have strong links with the Strategy and Analytics team to accurately measure paid social advertising. From a creative perspective you’ll also be working closely with the Brand/Creative team to develop and test effective creative. It's fair to say you’ll need to be a people person.
You’ll also have deep subject matter expertise with Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and other social media platforms and proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail. And it’s essential that you have proven experience in paid social media buying in an online marketing company, preferably in the Gaming industry.
