Organic Performance Account Executive - The Company and Perks

My client are a world leading network media agency, with over 5.000 employees globally, over 500 of which are in the UK. They have huge international clients and are now looking for someone to join their Organic Performance (SEO) team.

This company has a flat tiered approach to promotion, meaning that the next step for you would be Account Manager, rather than Senior Exec, and they move to get people promoted as soon as possible - in fact, the reason that this role has come about it because the person previously in it was promoted!

They're offering a salary up to £25,000 and have a benefits package which comes to a value of around £4k including highly subsidised canteens on-site, an amazing roof terrace, in-house restaurant and bar area, and much more!

Organic Performance Account Executive - The Role

Confident and articulate executive responsible for timely and accurate delivery of analysis and reporting.
Contribute to innovative digital content solutions and build fantastic working relationships with colleagues in other disciplines within the agency, including paid teams, to ensure an integrated approach to marketing campaigns.
Assisting in answering ad-hoc client and internal requests. Working efficiently and seeking training to fill knowledge gaps.
Pro-actively supporting the account team, and helping deliver high quality client service.
Managing financial processes with precision and accuracy.

Organic Performance Account Executive - Requirements

9 - 12 month experience in SEO, preferably within an agency.
Understanding of the digital content and SEO marketplace, relevant tools, techniques and risk management.
Analytical skills, evaluation of key trends and client results data.
Passion for creative and strategic thinking and outstanding client service.
Communication, organisational and team skills.
Second language skills are also desirable.
