Rather than pull the trigger on an open wide hiring strategy, this client is ensuring they’ve got the correct foundations in place first. Therefore we are now seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to come on board and take the reins from the rest of the team and help run the office.

To be suitable for this Operations/Office Co-ordinator you will have the following skills and attributes:
· You must have about 12 months marketing agency experience in a similar admin role.
· Super organised with strong planning skills
· Willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
· Have the confidence to take the lead on internal initiatives, plan and put systems in place to keep the office running smoothy
· Possess excellent communications skills.
