Operations Manager (Digital Agency) - Huddersfield - £38-40k
Well-respected digital agency (covering web design and build, online marketing and content marketing), is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that the client base is provided with the service that it expects, refining day-to-day operations, with a high level of efficiency and helping maintain growth. There is a lot of development potential within this role, as you will have exposure and contribution to strategy, operational planning, implementation and service delivery. You will focus on four critical areas - project management (client-facing), team development and growth (including HR and training), strategic development of agency proposition and direction of account management.
You will have experience of running client management processes (from proposal/quote through to project stage and then invoicing/ongoing services etc). You will know how to deliver results across both web design and build projects, and content marketing campaigns. You will have experience of reviewing internal team performance and reporting/planning accordingly. You will be a strong client-facing candidate, from either an Account Management or Project Management background, within a digital agency (client-side candidates will be considered, if you can show experience of working across multiple brands/projects simultaneously).
