We are seeking a ‘tech savvy' Operations Director / Digital Operations Manager to join an innovative marketing services group based in Farringdon. This is a rare opportunity for a natural leader, who inspires and motivates others, to support / drive growth for a leader within the web and mobile marketing sector.

Helping advertisers boost client acquisitions across the web and mobile, this global performance marketing company provides an innovative platform that manages engagement and loyalty strategies. Currently enjoying rapid global expansion they are now seeking an Operations Director / Digital Operations Manager to enjoy total flexibility and freedom to manage the strategy, sales and operations in the UK.

Reporting to the CEO and the International Group Director the Operations Director / Digital Operations Manager will enjoy an all-encompassing role covering, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, New Business Development and Budgeting. Whether you are defining the market strategy; coordinating procedures and organisational structure; implementing a sales process; coordinating recruitment, training, development and employee retention; identifying potential clients and media agencies; developing strategies that respond to market trends and client needs; managing local sales / account managers or monitoring budget compliance it will be your knowledge of the media / tech industry that ensures global domination.

To qualify... You could be an Operations Director / Digital Operations Manager / Ad Ops Manager / Marketing Strategy Manager / Commercial Director / Commercial Operations Manager or similar, we don't mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar Operations Director / Digital Operations Manager role;
  • Strong knowledge of the online media and technology industry;
  • Experience of managing a team (even small);
  • You are tech savvy;
  • You are a deal maker;
  • You have the ability to gain access to and close commercial relationships with key publishers, media agencies and direct clients;
  • You are a digital talent, a high achiever, a top performer and someone who lives and breathes what you do!
