My client ia an extremely well recognised, global FTSE 50. The heart of the business is consumer financial services, although they also provide a number of other tech-led products. The company has evolved rapidly over the past few years, and are now in the process of ideating and launching a number of brand new propositions as they seek to develop their offering and become even more customer centric.
This role sits at the heart of that innovation. You'll take ownership for one or more of their projects, many of which are at greenfield stage - and work with a number of counterparts across the business to launch from cradle to grave.
This opportunity would suit someone who's come from a graduate scheme, or rotated through a number of divisions within marketing - principally because it will have a number of touch points across strategy, brand, marketing and CRM. It would be great if you've worked in another financial services business - but any sorted of regulated industry would be a big plus (so telcos, utilities, gaming etc). Most importantly, you need to demonstrate a passion for consumer centricity, plus a track record of being at the heart of teams that have delivered great propositions over the last few years.
