Job Description

New Business Development Director – £80-100k. A top London Brand Consultancy.

This is a high profile marketing agency career move.

This New Business Development Director opportunity is with one of London’s top, long established exciting and successful names in the creative design agency world.

This customer experience design agency attracts the top creative agency talent across digital, design, UX, film and strategic marketing.

Their clients are the very top tier evocative brands across many sectors; retail, fashion, finance, FMCG to travel.

Their pipeline is good. This role supports the senior management in continuing this momentum by making sure the agency is in the right place at the right time with the right leads.

You will lead pitch teams, bringing together the right internal talent and organising their initial angle on the pitch.

You will have a steer on the agency and its marketing and ensure direction is joined up with the agency’s other global locations.

New Business Development Director activities include working with third parties for leads, cover white papers, attend industry events, create industry events and more…

Ideally you would be at ease with headline pieces of business up to £500k, although of course it can mostly be best to go for smaller pieces of business and allow the agency to grow the business from there across it’s multiple disciplines.

140 people based in London. This is an exciting agency with a senior management team who have good energy and humour.
