Due to our success and controlled business growth, we are in the privileged position of requiring an outstanding National Marketing Manager to join our highly talented Right at Home UK management team; who, working closely alongside the Group Director, would have a very diverse role supporting a mixture of new and established Franchise business owners to deliver digital and traditional marketing activities, and materials, to our network.

The ideal candidate will live in the North-West area (Head Office is in Liverpool), have had experience in a similar capacity within a fast-moving industry; and most importantly have the attitude and desire to be the best!

To be a strong candidate for the position of National Marketing Manager you MUST be able to demonstrate that you…: 

Have a strong determination to be the best you are highly determined, driven and ambitious. You’re a team player whose goal is to leverage our Franchise business owners’ success

Can execute an inbound marketing strategy, drive web-based marketing campaigns and oversee maintenance/ development of the corporate and local Franchisee websites

Utilise a full marketing mix for our organisation’s marketing communications

Can demonstrate superb communications skills and show a natural ability to form strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, including Franchisees and partner organisations

Continuously improve the performance, content and usability of the company websites, creating and optimising targeted and customised landing pages and micro-sites

Implement, analyse and optimise organic and paid search engine marketing activities                   

Implement and execute email campaigns to nurture franchisee recruitment leads and recruitment of staff

Provide, and analyse, monthly digital marketing metrics and lead status reports

Build online communities for Head Office whilst supporting Franchisees to locally develop and manage content- based Social Networks and Blog Sites

Can develop and deliver first class “Marketing” training to our business owners

Can develop and optimise online marketing initiatives to drive client and staff acquisition

Manage the production of marketing materials including videos, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e- newsletters

Write copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites

Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur

Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions

Assist in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with specific reference to pricing, presentation and promotion

Are able to support Franchisees on their development of marketing plans/ strategies

Conduct market research - using Client/ Carer questionnaires and focus groups

The successful candidate will be a focused, self-motivated marketer with creative flair who will bring digital marketing strategies to life; possessing the following essential values, experience and skills-:

Either qualified through experience; or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Web Design/Development or a related discipline

A passion for all things relevant to marketing and evidence of delivering exciting and show-stopping campaigns/ content

A highly effective individual who has an eye for detail and is focused on improving business performance through superb campaign execution, reporting and evaluation

Experience with website development (word press), Online Lead Funnels, PPC campaigns, email marketing, SEO, online analytics and social networks

Excellent written and communication skills, including Word and Excel, with sensitivity to User Experience & Design

Ability to demonstrate behavior in keeping with the company’s core values of Teamwork, Respect, Integrity and Fairness

What we offer:

This role is diverse and would not be a good fit for 95% of professionals. However, if you are genuinely one of the 5% you would be prepared to travel around the UK when necessary – fully expensed and in return you will receive an excellent salary of up to £45k basic plus an attractive bonus, access to a company pool car, 23 days’ holiday; a company Pension and MediCash - and have opportunities to progress within the organisation as it continues to go from strength to strength.
