Are you a commercially savvy and energetic marketer within the membership and loyalty space. Do you put customers or members at the top of your objectives? We are looking for a Membership & Loyalty Manager to join one of the UKs top entertainment providers.
You’ll want to champion a loyalty focused culture, contributing to the creation, implementation and development of commercial objectives - that aid the success of the acquisition and retention of members.
The main responsibilities include:
- Defining strategies and delivery of integrated membership programmes focussing on acquisition and retention;
- Working with the commercial and e-commerce team to develop effective eCRM strategies to support the memberships programme;
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to implement membership communications across websites, all social media and other brand channels.
You'll have management experience and a passion for the industry.
