One of London's leading media agencies is looking for a Media Data Coordinator to join their team. As the newest member of a hugely expanding division, your role will see you responsible for the build, management and operation of the software tools that process and visualise all the different kinds of data for the media agency. This is a one-of-a-kind role that will see you working at the heart of media using project management and data-driven thinking every day. Media Data Coordinator

As a Media Data Coordinator you will be working with all types of different data from across the agency - this could be media plans, competitive spend information, reporting data, digital performance. On a daily basis your role will see you being responsible for ensuring that the software solutions are working effectively, teams can access the data easily and draw the necessary conclusions to either optimise campaigns or report back to clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting users from offices around the world (sometimes clients as well) with any software queries they have - from training and setting up new users to troubleshooting errors
  • Configuring the tools for new clients - liaising with client teams and ensuring integrations are rolled out, launched and delivered within the required time-frames
  • Helping with shaping and delivering the longer term roadmap in terms of new product development - generating ideas for new features or functionalities that would benefit both the business and their clients

Media Data Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

  • Prior media agency experience - must have a solid understanding of the media landscape and benefits of different media channels
  • Any prior work experience in a data-driven/data-management role
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables/vlookup) or working with databases
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A logical approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Foreign languages beneficial although not essential
