It’s an uncertain time for everyone including us here at Network Marketing. And whilst we are looking after our team we will also continue to look after our candidates’ needs, for now or after the peak of the current situation.
Whilst most of our clients have put their recruitment on hold a small number are continuing with recruitment through video conference interviews to keep the momentum going. For others, we’ve committed to searching for and engaging with the best marketing talent in the region so that when they’re ready to recruit again, we’re ready with the people they need.
Things will return to normal (if not a slightly different normal to what we were used to). There will be a significant bounce back with companies who have weathered the storm ready to kick start marketing efforts to gain back market share and rise above the competition once again. We just can’t guarantee when that will be.
