Every hour, someone in the UK is told they have Parkinson's. It’s a long term, progressive neurological condition which currently has no cure.

About the role

We need an ambitious, outgoing Marketing Officer, looking for the next step in their career. You will help us deliver dynamic and innovative marketing activity by:

  • supporting the marketing team to raise awareness and understanding of Parkinson’s and Parkinson’s UK among targeted audiences
  • developing, delivering and maintaining effective marketing tools and resources that enable teams across the organisation to carry out successful marketing activities
  • supporting the wider organisation on their marketing plans, and be the first point of contact within the team to take a brief and advise on best approaches



Skills, knowledge and experience

To be successful in this role you will have great understanding of core principles and practices of marketing – both on and offline. You’ll have experience in supporting effective, insight-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns, producing marketing materials, providing advice and support to internal teams, and being the guardian of a brand.

You’ll enjoy creative thinking and teamwork. You will love working as part of a positive and forward thinking Marketing team, gaining experience in audience insights, digital marketing, brand and awareness raising.
