Your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives and roll out across all London offices
- Brief and manage relationships with external creative and media agencies
- Brief the internal creative studio to ensure delivery of on-brand marketing materials
- Work with the other managers to ensure effective project management of each work stream within the strategy, in order to deliver on time, on budget and with great attention to detail
- Manage the marketing budget by analysing, evaluating and providing recommendations for marketing activity
- Track the effectiveness of each campaign and ROI
- Ensure that each project is maximised in terms of digital and social channels
- Present both marketing strategy and results to senior stakeholders and at board meetings
- Ensure all colleagues understand their role in delivering the brand values on a local basis through the marketing support provided.
