- Brand new agency to Bath.
- Flexible working hours (no set start or finish - as long as the work is completed).
- Remote working as well as option to work in Amsterdam.
We are really excited here at ADLIB, as we have just joined forces with a new performance marketing agency on the block, and they have some really exciting plans up their sleeve. One of these is this brand new Marketing Manager role. Ideally, given this agency's proposition, you'll have a strong understanding of PPC, paid search, paid social, and analytics. To add to that, you'll be an absolute whizz at producing relevant, engaging, and thought-provoking content.
What you'll be doing
As it stands right now, you will be joining two very talented PPC guys who are in the midst of an exciting journey in establishing this agency's second office in Bath which will become the HQ. Whilst they will be taking care of their client campaign delivery and account management, you'll be playing a very integral role in developing this agency's social and content strategy, getting them known in the South West scene through networking and events, and analysing changes in engagement levels and traffic. Do you need to be a master of PPC? Absolutely not. Obviously that helps, but essentially you are promoting what this agency does, and so a big part of the role will be producing content that is based around PPC/paid search and performance marketing. You'll be joining this business at such an exciting time, where you will be given a fresh slate to bring your own ideas and creativity.
What experience you'll need to apply
- Excellent content and copywriting ability
- Understanding and interest in paid search/PPC/paid media
- Strong networking skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
What you'll get in return for your experience
You will be able to work totally flexibly as long as you meet the demands of the role. There is no set time to start or finish work, so this role will appeal to self-starters who are very motivated and can work under their own initiative. There's a competitive salary and benefits package on offer here, as well as the option for remote working. Applications are considered from across the UK and internationally providing you are eligible to work in the UK, however it is desirable that you are close to the Bath office if possible because of local events and networking being an important part of this role.
