Marketing Manager (multi-channel) - £50,000-£55,000 plus bonus & share options - Central London

Responsibilities for this fantastic Marketing Manager role include:
- developing the overall brand strategy and plans
- creating and driving the execution of these plans both on and offline regardless of channel (for both shops and ecommerce).
- drive sales growth and engagement with the customer through understanding consumer and trade trends and championing the voice of the customer throughout the business.
- be the voice of the brand and marketing for the whole company

To be considered for this Marketing Manager role you will have:
- demonstrated results in building a brand in a similar multi-channel retail environment (minimum 5 years experience)
- experience in brand development and integrated campaign planning with a strong focus on DIGITAL and ECOMMERCE.
- PASSION FOR CAKES is essential and enthusiasm for baking is a plus
- previous people management
- business / marketing degree or equivalent
