Up to £40,000 base per annum dependent on experience + discretionary bonus + benefits package

With a high growth 3 year strategy agreed, we are now looking to recruit an equally ambitious Marketing Manager to drive the growth of the Brand.

The role & you:

Working as part of an engaging and dynamic team, you will be managing the development of the brand and the marketing function on a day-to-day basis with responsibility for ensuring all aspects of our marketing are aligned. You will be quick and eager to learn about us and keen to progress within a growing business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your marketing skills, including the opportunity to play a lead role alongside Operations in the project management of all new product development. Although we have been around for over 12 years, we retain a strong challenger brand mentality & your ability to create a brand strategy and take it forward will be key.

To be a success and right for us, you will have the following skills and attributes:

+ Degree level intellect
+ May have obtained or working towards a professional CIM qualification
+ Minimum 2 years experience as a Brand Manager ideally in a B2C (& to a lesser extent B2B) environment, looking at the next step up.
+ An in-depth knowledge and understanding of all relevant brand strategy tools and techniques & the ability to deliver projects on time & to budget.
+ A demonstrable proficiency in brand marketing; experienced in researching, and delivering brand strategy and campaigns
+ Inspirational communication skills, together with excellent presentation skills
+ Drive and passion in your approach to marketing
+ Deep understanding of marketing principles and experience of the full marketing mix
+ Project management experience
+ Calm and confident
+ Organised and thorough
+ Strong analytical skills, the ability to accurately record and interpret data and a track record of establishing clear ROI.
+ Strong multi-tasking skills
+ Driving licence
