The Marketing Manager Role:

As Marketing Manager EMEA & Australia you will be working with marketing managers across EMEA & Australia to support effective and efficient go-to-market (GTM) activity. 

+ Reviewing and developing best practices from segments, categories and marketing tactics.
+ Collating, sharing and encouraging implementation of these best practices.
+ Working with Sales and Marketing Ops in interpreting analytics from 3rd party tools for improved ROI/decision-making, as well as supporting arising actions.
+ Co-ordinating aligned GTM planning and launches of products and services across the regions.
+ Developing close relationships with the business globally to ensure EMEA & Australia marketing needs are considered, developed and subsequently implemented.
+ Developing pan-regional partnerships, solutions and sales incentive programmes.

Your Profile:

+ Educated to A-levels and degree level (Marketing / Business) (or equivalent)
+ Min. 3 years marketing experience in a similar role essential
+ Project management experience, including people management
+ Hands-on experience across the communications mix; experience in design, production, events, digital marketing and CRM systems
+ Working across borders and teams with multi-cultural teams
+ Passion for fitness and good knowledge of the industry preferred
