Job Description

We are currently working with one of the largest entertainment venues. They are multi-faceted and people travel from all over the world for the attractions, dining and music. They are currently looking for a Freelancing Marketing Manager to get involved as soon as possible over these exciting months! You will be responsible Brand Guardianship and for creating dynamic and creative marketing campaigns for the Brand and Attractions to attract footfall

  • Responsibilities
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to throughout the business and that external parties are using brand assets correctly
  • Set up, management and ongoing development of a suite of assets
  • Responsible for creative development and production for all non-commercial signage at the venue
  • Develop and implement a marketing and PR plan attractionsthat’s focused on driving ticket sales
  • Build profile with tenants through on-going communication of all marketing activities. Collate feedback on marketing requirements and action accordingly.
  • Provide on-going performance analysis for all marketing activities ensuring clear KPIs are set, measured and evaluated
  • Maintain and build effective working relationships with partners, agencies, suppliers and industry contacts
  • Work with creative and media agencies
  • Assist the Head of Marketing with research studies
  • Work closely with the GMs of the attractions to understand their business drivers 
  • Coordinate marketing plans with founding partner activities and identify opportunities to drive ticket sales through partners wherever possible
  • Across all areas of the business you will be expected to drive performance within the marketing function.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining effective team work
  • Continuously seek ways to improve personal, team and business performance
  • Ensure that all materials and resources are effectively and efficiently

 

  • Key Skills
  • Previous relevant marketing experience 
  • Experience in managing creative and media agencies
  • Passion for brands and maintaining brand integrity
  • Tourism marketing experience (B2B/B2C)
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • An extremely organised approach to work with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise a high volume workload
  • A team worker with a flexible and positive attitude to work
