Job Title: Marketing Manager
Business: SME business - high end furniture fit out company
Base Salary: Up to £28k + benefits 25 days holidays a year, statutory pension
Reports to: Managing Director, Sales Director
Focus Of The Role:
As part of a growing business, you will be responsible for building and firmly establishing the brand within the marketplace. You will work within a highly creative industry dealing with projects from new hotel openings to bar refurbishments both domestically and on a global scale. The role is suited to an ambitious, organised person who is keen to put their stamp on a growing business.
*Build and manage brand profile.
*Work closely with the Directors to create and execute a robust marketing strategy in line with business forecasting.
*Review and manage marketing collateral, oversee the production of all promotional material and implement effective marketing campaigns
*Create daily powerful content and schedule across the range of social media platforms, keeping abreast of new products and industry news.
*Maintain and supply content for our website - updating in line with the improving brand visibility
*Create Blogs which are relevant and engaging to our target audience, drawing in new participants and promoting the brand.
*Upload new products and case studies to the Website.
*Create weekly newsletters and build the database platform.
*Create reports to support the above information promotions (Newsletters, Social Media and website Analytics.)
*Research Competitors and gain understanding of their websites including new products & projects as well as clients being worked with.
*Use Social Media as a platform to its highest ability; ie Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram.
*Continue to promote the Brand through new avenues and gain more awareness.
*Networking around the Manchester Area
*Always strive to maintain Office and professional standards.
*Liaise with new and existing suppliers to keep product range relevant up to date.
*Promote & maintain awareness and compliance of health & Safety accordance with best practice and legal requirement
