I am working with a tech start-up company who are looking to employ their first marketing manager to head up their marketing department, to take responsibility for their digital marketing content and develop their business to business (B2B) marketing strategy. There is a director-level opportunity within the company, if the Marketing Manager excels and self manages over a 12/18 month period.
They are a leading tech start-up who is a front runner in the research and development of driverless car technology, providing live footage and GPS information through the use of HD cameras and monitors which have been used in commercial fleets right through to Motor racing cars. As a growing business, they now need a marketing manager to join the team and to help take the business on to the next level.
As the marketing manager, this role will focus on all aspects of the marketing sphere, but in particular, they want a creative individual who can help produce innovative and visual content that will help them engage with prospective clients. From developing the brand to maintaining and updating the website, lead generation and social analytics, this is a full mix marketing role that would suit a talented and driven individual.
This role would suit a mid-level marketing manager or marketing executive looking to step up to into a manager role, with two to five years’ B2B experience and with particular experience of creative content creation. The most important requirement is that the right individual must have a real interest in helping a start-up to grow, and be prepared to be hands-on in the development of that brand in the years to come.
