An industry-leading FMCG business is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their busy team. This varied and hands on role would suit a highly organised and motivated marketer, with 2-3 years' experience within a consumer business. Ideally, you will have experience working across the entire marketing mix; from digital marketing to events management, to social media and PR. Previous PR experience and existing press contacts within the consumer industry would be extremely advantageous. If you are an enthusiastic and passionate marketer, keen to make your mark within an exciting FMCG business, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As Marketing Manager, you will have the chance to have a real impact on this fast-developing business. One of your first duties will be to design and implement the company's marketing and communications strategy. You will be responsible for the creation of a strategic and comprehensive PR strategy, designed to secure maximum press coverage for the brand and to drive brand awareness. An effective and persuasive communicator, you will use your relationships with the press to generate interest in the brand and products. You will also be responsible for analysing all marketing and PR campaigns and reporting back on their success to key stakeholders. Working across a number of platforms, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing and social media strategies, planning and attending key events and creating key marketing collateral, from POS to leaflets and brochures.
