We are looking for a marketing manager with previous experience from within the B2B or financial services sector to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Working closely with the sales, operational, product managers and other key stakeholders, you will contribute to the marketing strategy and execute end to end campaigns for a specific product area within the business. Whilst owning the marketing plan and working with senior management to drive ROI using all available marketing channels, it will be your job to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries for conversion by the sales team.
Key responsibilities will include the development of messaging and campaign themes that reflect the proposition and has impact; the implementation of both online and offline collateral to support the marketing and sales process; maximise engagement through the use of PPC and display advertising; excel SEO visibility through the construction of creative content; utilise direct channels such as email to drive direct enquiries; manage a budget and deliver ROI; ensure campaigns are tracked and measured; utilise both internal team and external agency support effectively whilst working in partnership with external stakeholders to increase reach in target markets including in the delivery of events.
To be considered you will need previous B2B or financial services industry experience and you will be confident in managing multiple stake holders and a small team. You will need to be able to use digital platforms such as Google Analytics, CMS and email marketing platforms.

Note that whilst this role is based at head office near Banbury, remote/home working will be available two to three days per week. Due to the location of their office, it is strongly preferable that you have access to your own transport.
