AECOM are recruiting for a Marketing Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the development and growth of one of their established end markets.
As Marketing Manager you will support senior management whilst managing team members allocated to implementation activities. You will be expected to contribute information and ideas to the strategic planning process and demonstrate an understanding of business goals and marketing activities that can help achieve strategic aspirations. You will also be responsible for managing appropriate marketing and messaging strategies to support prepositioning for key pursuits.
Along with the above you will manage the day to day marketing spend in line with agreed budget, develop and update the marketing plan in alignment with business goals and strategy as well as work with internal stakeholders to implement change initiatives.
An exciting, varied role that will see you involved in the implementation of integrated internal and external marketing communications, campaigns and activities using multi-channel tools for example events, thought leadership, digital, marketing collateral and media relations

To be successful in this role we would like to hear from individuals with experience, working in a position, in a professional services environment
You will be a Self-starter with the ability to work as a positive, energised and adaptable team member
Previous experience within a global organisation would be preferable but not essential
Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise effectively
An understanding of the construction industry and Water, Ports and Power sectors would be beneficial but not essential
