Our client has been in business since 1998 and is well known as a leader in the window film, window graphics and office branding industry. Alongside their installations, they also run a successful e-commerce website.
They have a highly skilled Team of 30 based at their Chesham Head Office which includes the Sales Department, Operations Team, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounts, In-house Graphics Production as well our our own teams of installers.
In 2016 we won an award for Excellence in Customer Service at The Buckinghamshire Business Awards. They are now looking to expand the business by employing a high calibre Marketing Manager.
Key facets of the Role are as follows -
To drive forward the our marketing activity to meet clearly defined revenue targets
Effectively deliver lead generation and online sales
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
Develop marketing plans and execute campaigns and activity based on the marketing strategy
Execute online and offline marketing activity in a coordinated manner
Utilise data to deliver increased targeted communications
Develop new marketing initiatives and product launch
Key Responsibilities -
Helping to build and activate the marketing strategy with the Marketing Director and working closely with the product development and sales team to align on business goals.
Plan, run and optimise campaigns across multiple online channels to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities including Social, Search, online advertising, email marketing.
Manage and maximise PR opportunities
Use and demonstrate leadership in, data and analytics to drive better ROI measures, database segmentation and customer engagement.
Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and customer journeys.
Report digital marketing results regularly and provide recommendation to leadership and key stakeholders.
Own (in collaboration with internal and agency partners) all aspects of the content strategy and personalisation via the website, emails and media channels.
Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, and models to support marketing decision-making.
Look for opportunities to automate process and build scalable infrastructure to support the whole business.
Partner with the other members of the marketing team, to integrate content and product messaging that power our marketing campaigns.
Manage local advertising and awareness opportunities
The successful candidate will have experience planning and implementing campaigns across the full range of marketing channels, including expertise in online advertising, email marketing and search, with a deep knowledge of concepts and technologies for digital lead-generation and acquisition.
The candidate will combine strategic thinking and strong communication skills, with creativity to execute on high-impact campaigns and activity.
The ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing team; sales team; product and design; customer care and operations)
Passion for data and measurement to drive business results, will be key to success in this role.
They will have a demonstrated track record of generating sales and leads through online advertising channels.
Experience working on marketing and sales systems, including Salesforce, WordPress, Magento; email automation systems; Google Adwords and Analytics.
Managing agency and supplier relationships, and/or media agency experience.
Possess strong communication skills
