An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a hugely successful business on an interim basis. Based in Hertfordshire, just a short commute from London, our client is an established and leading player within the consumer healthcare sector. You will need extensive experience in both online and offline marketing, with demonstrable experience creating successful email marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies for a consumer-focused business. Ideally you will have a strong working knowledge of SEO and have an understanding of user experience and how to improve the customer journey. Our client is looking for someone with experience across the full marketing mix with the creative skills to bring marketing campaigns to life for the consumer.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising, implementing, managing and analysing all marketing campaigns, both online and offline, with a predominantly online focus. This is a hands-on and varied role that will cover a range of digital marketing activities including email marketing, SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing and social media, as well as the creation of key printed materials and marketing collateral, producing copy for newsletters and conducting market and competitor research to inform marketing strategy. You will be the driving force behind the brand's email marketing strategy and activity; responsible for segmenting customer data, devising and designing emails, testing emails and customer interaction and analysing the success of all email marketing campaigns. You will create key strategic plans to maintain the loyalty of existing customers and drive acquisition of prospective customers, understanding how different consumers interact with the brand and driving loyalty and engagement within those demographics. Using your exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - you will be confident reporting back on marketing activity to key stakeholders, providing assessments of all activity and recommendations for future campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager. This role would suit someone with a balance of commercial awareness and strong analytical capabilities with a creative flair to produce targeted and innovative marketing campaigns that really speak to the consumer.
Due to their location, this role would be most suited for candidates living in or near St Albans, Welwyn Garden City, Watford, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Cheshunt, Harlow, Bishops Stortford, Letchworth or Luton.
