Marketing Executive - Demand Generation | Digital Transformation Solutions
Shoreditch, London | £25,000-£28,000 + Benefits

The role will be based in our London HQ and will be closely aligned to our Internal Sales and New Business teams. However, this is very much a marketing role aimed at supporting demand generation and awareness activities across the breadth of what the business does in the UK. With offices in West Sussex, Cambridge, Cheshire, Belfast and Dublin, our team works across a number of locations.

This marketing role is truly embedded into the heart of our business and provides an opportunity to work across the breadth of marketing activities: from inbound marketing, brand awareness, SEO/PPC, campaign development and management, demand generation, lead tracking, reporting on ROI, event support, partner relationship management and ABM support.

Our key tools include: HubSpot, Lead Forensics and SEM Rush.

Key Responsibilities will include:

+ Developing and managing marketing campaigns – created in-house, working with third party agencies or self-served from partner portals.
+ Managing leads into the business and working with the Internal Sales/New Business teams to ensure these are picked up quickly.
+ Tracking leads and ROI delivered from our volume marketing activities.
+ Managing our Live Chat alongside the Internal Sales team.
+ Involvement with our social channels, especially Twitter.
+ Managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) from vendor partners.
+ Delivering SEO/PPC activities.
+ Supporting senior members of the team to deliver campaigns, run events and work closely with our colleagues within the Sales team.

Skills and Experience:

+ Previous experience working in a busy marketing / sales team
+ Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
+ Knowledge of and experience in the latest digital trends and techniques: marketing automation, remarketing, geo-targeting, SEO, PPC, etc.
+ Inquisitive individual who enjoys testing and analysing activities and campaigns i.e. remarketing, lead generation, split tests, etc.
+ Good visual eye for design and creative copywriting skills would be an advantage
+ Strong time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to deadlines
+ Ability to carry out tasks to a high standard with a strong eye for detail and thorough approach to their work
+ Ability to respond quickly and efficiently and work well in a team.
+ Strong PC, admin, database & web research skills

Location: Based in our London Head Quarters located in Shoreditch.
Hours: Full time 9.00am to 5.30pm / Monday to Friday.
Salary: £25-£28,000* with results-based bonus scheme
Start date: ASAP
