In this role you would:
*Write creative content including blogs, press releases and promotional content around this company's scientific software solutions to academics, government research organisations, and multi-national pharmaceutical companies.
*Develop content for account managers to support lead generation and awareness campaigns.
*Identify interest and post the leads generated to relevant account managers, using their CRM system to track your marketing ability through to success for the company.
*Organise events; booking travel and accommodation for event attendees, taking responsibility for ensuring event reports are completed and circulated in a timely manner and occasionally attending events when required.
*Network within the company and at events, listening to experts and translating their ideas and findings into marketing materials, leads and case studies.
*Post approved content on social media channels and third-party sites.
*Help update and maintain websites, including adding, editing and publishing content, optimising for SEO.
