Job Description
The Marketing Executive's duties will be:
- Create and maintain marketing collateral such as credentials documents, case studies, website copy and campaign content
- Build and manage various marketing campaigns, including creating content used in email, direct mail and landing pages, creating templates and developing calls to action
- Manage various marketing lists and tracking activity in CRM system
- Segmenting lists based on behaviours from past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits etc.)
- Development of marketing automation journey, using existing emarketing tool
- Support with client communications, creation and implementation
- Support with client events planning, communication and follow up
- Promote the brand, campaigns and activity internally through presentations and communications, in collaboration with other internal stakeholders
- Support the central marketing team with tracking, reporting, analysing, and day to day execution of the work
- Support of fee earners with preparing pitches and proposals, ensuring opportunities are logged on CRM and followed up appropriately
Experience
- Experience of working in a professional services environment is essential
- Existing knowledge of emarketing and CRM systems (MS Dynamics and Click Dimensions preferable)
- Experience of campaign conception, implementation and measurement
